We’re looking for a creative-minded, tech-savvy Multimedia Design Manager to join our Terre Haute team and help elevate our clients’ digital presence through impactful web and graphic design.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from concept to launch. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining websites across a variety of platforms, creating digital and print assets, and working directly with clients to ensure their brand vision is brought to life—functionally and beautifully.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and other relevant platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to layout, plugins, hosting, and functionality.
• Manage website projects from client intake to final launch, including strategy, development, design, revisions, testing, and training.
• Optimize websites for SEO, speed, accessibility, and emerging tools such as AI-powered enhancements.
• Create engaging digital and print graphics using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
• Collaborate with RJL’s marketing team to align design with strategy and messaging.
• Stay up to date on design trends, SEO practices, and web performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, digital media, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining websites in WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable handling plugin management, backend troubleshooting, and content updates.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign for both digital and print work.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO fundamentals, and responsive design.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working directly with clients throughout the creative process.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
