RJL Solutions is seeking a strategic and creative marketing professional to serve as the on-site communications lead for a Labor Union client in Indianapolis, while also supporting additional RJL clients and internal initiatives. This full-time hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to become deeply involved in one client’s organizational culture and outreach, while remaining integrated with RJL’s dynamic, cross-sector marketing team.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
This position follows a rotating schedule between the client’s southwest Indianapolis office (three days one week, two days the next) and RJL Solutions’ Terre Haute office. The individual will serve as the lead marketing representative on-site while also participating in RJL firm-wide collaboration and strategic planning.
Primary Role – On-Site Client Support:
- Serve as the main marketing and communications contact for the assigned Labor Union.
- Lead development of content and messaging that reflects the client’s voice, values, and goals.
- Capture and produce media content (photo, video, written) for digital and traditional use.
- Support ongoing communications tied to events, initiatives, and member engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms.
- Collaborate with client leadership on the development of TV and streaming advertising strategy, including coordination of commercial concepts, production, and media placement.
- Ensure all campaigns align with overarching brand and marketing objectives.
Secondary Role – RJL Solutions Support:
- Assist with marketing and communications initiatives for other RJL clients as needed.
- Contribute to content planning, campaign development, and execution across multiple sectors.
- Uphold RJL’s standards of creativity, responsiveness, and strategic excellence.
- Maintain an active presence within the RJL office and culture for continuous team engagement and professional growth.
