At RJL Solutions, we pride ourselves on offering a unique, hands-on approach to our interns that bridge the gap between education and industry. RJL University interns are trusted with important projects and empowered to grow as leaders by developing their strengths and combating their weaknesses. We are looking for talented, edgy professionals who want to be change agents and are looking for experiences that will give them a competitive advantage in the job market.

Opportunities

One-on-one mentorship with assigned on-site project coordinator

Project

Your choice of a project with final presentation to the RJL Solutions team

Flexibility

Time flexibility for management of external obligations

Development

Weekly training that can include resume assistance, guest speakers, interview assistance and more

Requirements

Must be a student pursuing a college degree
Depending on the position, may be required to travel to other RJL Solutions offices
Must comply with social media policies for both client and personal

Business professional attire
Maintain a consistent, weekly schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week
Signed NDA

How to Apply

We are always accepting applications and review those on a regular basis. New internships start each fall, spring and summer terms. Our internship opportunities span from graphic design, web design, grants and strategic planning, and government relations. If interested in exploring multiple sectors, we are happy to discuss and create an internship path that sparks your curiosity.

To apply, please submit a resume, cover letter, professional references and portfolio of work to the email below. Portfolios are required to be considered. Portfolios can include samples of work including previous internship or school projects, writing samples, or creative works.
