INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.  – RJL Solutions has made a strategic addition to its government affairs team with the hiring of Luke Conner as Senior Director of Government and Industry Partnerships, further strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver results for clients across Indiana. With a growing presence in Southern Indiana, Conner will be based in the firm’s Evansville office, further expanding RJL’s footprint in the region.

Recognized statewide for his strong presence and reputation at the Statehouse, Conner brings deep experience in public policy, advocacy and relationship-building that will enhance RJL’s government affairs portfolio. As a Southwest Indiana resident, he adds a valuable local perspective while also serving as a direct advocate for the region at the Statehouse. During each legislative session, Conner will maintain a full-time presence at the Statehouse, ensuring clients have consistent, high-level representation where decisions are made.

In this role, Conner will work at the intersection of public policy, economic development and industry engagement to help organizations navigate complexity and drive meaningful results.

Conner brings a proven track record of advancing legislative priorities, building coalitions and advising clients through high-stakes policy environments. He is known for working effectively with leaders across the political spectrum to move initiatives forward. Most recently, he served as Government Affairs Manager at Sand Strategies, where he led strategic advocacy efforts and worked closely with stakeholders across Indiana to align policy with real-world outcomes. In addition to this work, Conner has experience at the Indiana Statehouse and on campaigns across the state, further deepening his understanding of Indiana’s legislative and political landscape.

Conner is a graduate of the University of Saint Francis, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing. In his personal capacity, he is actively engaged in his community, including volunteering with local organizations and serving as Varsity Assistant Football Coach for Boonville High School.
