RJL Solutions Expands to Washington, D.C., Strengthening Client Connectivity to Capitol Hill
INDIANAPOLIS – RJL Solutions announced today the opening of its Washington, D.C. office, marking a significant milestone for the firm and those it serves. This expansion provides businesses, communities, and organizations across Indiana—and beyond—direct, everyday access to the highest levels of decision-making in the Nation’s Capital. RJL’s work will focus on defense, energy and infrastructure, economic development, and higher education.
The office will be led by Danielle Chrysler, Chief Government Relations Officer. Chrysler brings deep strategic expertise and a proven record of driving impact across defense, state government, and federal policy. She has held key leadership roles, including Executive Director of the Indiana Office of Defense Development and Army Congressional Branch Chief at the National Guard Bureau. A veteran of the Indiana National Guard with over 15 years of service, she played a vital role in advancing state defense priorities on the national stage. As a senior leader in state government during a period of significant reform and innovation, she helped shape policies and initiatives that continue to influence Indiana today.
“Expanding to Washington, D.C. is a transformational step for RJL Solutions and the clients we represent,” said Rachel Leslie, CEO of RJL Solutions. “Danielle’s leadership and influence in the nation’s capital mark an extraordinary moment for our firm. Her ability to align client priorities with national policy discussions makes this expansion especially significant for the Midwest, the organizations we partner with, and the communities we serve.”
Chrysler added: “Our work in Washington will be deliberate and results-oriented. Over the past three decades, I’ve worked side by side with congressional members and staff on Capitol Hill to advance defense, critical infrastructure, and Midwest economic priorities. At a time when having a federal voice is more relevant than ever, that experience will guide our efforts to ensure RJL’s clients are not only heard but positioned to influence the policies and funding decisions that matter most.”
The new Washington, D.C. office underscores RJL Solutions’ commitment to connecting organizations and communities across the Midwest to the opportunities that drive growth, resilience, and long-term success.
