Monday, April 14th began with Rachel’s arrival and check-in at the iconic Loews Hotel, where she joined a group of trailblazing women from across the country. The evening kicked off in style with a Welcome Cocktail Party held poolside on the 5th floor—an opportunity to connect, unwind, and toast to an exciting journey ahead.

The next day was nothing short of magical. After breakfast in the Doheny Room, the group loaded onto buses for a Day of Surprises—and what surprises they were! One unforgettable highlight was a behind-the-scenes tour of Warner Brothers Studios, offering a glimpse into the heart of Hollywood filmmaking. The group also had the incredible opportunity to be part of the Jennifer Hudson Show—including their own spirit tunnel.

As the sun set, the celebration continued with a Pre-Event Cocktail Party, followed by the main event: the LIVE Remarkable Women Awards Show held in the dazzling Hollywood Ballroom. During the Awards Dinner, Rachel was honored alongside other extraordinary women making waves in their industries and communities.

The night capped off with an After Party at the Loews Hotel H2 Lobby Bar—an energizing end to a day full of connection, celebration, and recognition.
