INDIANAPOLIS — RJL Solutions has restructured its executive leadership team as the firm continues to expand its government relations, marketing, and economic development work across Indiana and in Washington, D.C., announcing new executive appointments effective January 1.

The leadership changes follow continued expansion of RJL’s government relations, marketing and public relations, and economic and community development work, requiring a more formalized executive structure to support the scale and complexity of client needs.

Ryan Ritchie has been named Chief External Relations Officer, Kelly Walker will serve as Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations, and Jonathan Blake has been appointed Vice President of Economic and Community Development.

As Chief External Relations Officer, Ritchie will lead RJL’s state-level government relations efforts and serve as the firm’s senior authority on policy engagement at the Statehouse. He will coordinate closely with Chief Government Relations Officer Danielle Chrysler, who leads RJL’s federal government relations work, to ensure clients are supported across multiple levels of government. As part of the transition, RJL Solutions will begin the process of identifying additional leadership to support its growing government relations work.

Walker, as Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations, is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firm’s brand, messaging, and public-facing communications. She defines how RJL positions clients in the marketplace and is accountable for strengthening visibility, reputation, and alignment with broader business objectives.

Blake will serve as Vice President of Economic and Community Development, with responsibility for leading and evolving RJL’s community-focused development work. He sets the strategic framework for how the firm supports planning, funding, and implementation efforts, ensuring work is aligned with long-term economic goals and measurable impact.
