The City of Terre Haute, Vigo County and the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce identified a need for a unified community plan to guide future growth and address key challenges.
With goals to increase population and reverse trends of declining per capita income, the community needed a clear, coordinated strategy that aligned priorities across public, private and civic leadership.
RJL Solutions partnered with the City, County and Chamber to lead the development of the See You In Terre Haute 2025 Community Plan.
This included facilitating planning discussions with local citizens, business leaders and government officials to gather input and build alignment around shared priorities. RJL also developed and analyzed a comprehensive public survey to better understand community needs and opportunities.
Using this input, RJL drafted and finalized the community plan and supported the launch and early execution efforts. The final plan is structured around six key pillars, each supported by priority projects and actionable steps tied to the community’s vision.
