Wabash Valley Goodwill is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on providing employment, education and training opportunities to individuals facing barriers to employment.

While the organization offers a wide range of impactful services—including workforce development coaching and the GOES Program (Goodwill Opportunity and Enhancement Services), which helps employees achieve personal goals such as financial stability, improved living situations and continued education—public perception remained largely centered on its retail operations.

As a recognized fixture in the region, Goodwill needed its brand to better reflect the full scope of its mission and increase awareness of the individuals and communities it serves.
